I studied interior design at the British Columbia Institute of Technology, where I developed an excellent foundation in the concepts and theories of interior design, focusing on space planning, freehand drafting, AutoCAD, Revit, LEED/sustainability, and visual communication.

I started my career as a freelance designer in Vancouver, generating business through social media, trade shows, and small business connection events, which led me to various projects including laneway housing and restaurant design. I collaborated with IKEA Canada for over 9 years where I applyed my expertise and passion of interior design to creating new room settings and vignettes, specializing in kitchen and bath design.

My first time visiting Nova Scotia in 2010 I fell in love! I knew someday I would live in this ocean playground, flash forward to 2017 the opportunity arose to relocated and I havent looked back! When I'm not designing you can find me enjoying craft beer at North Brewing, walking my senior dog at Rainbow Haven beach or out for a trail ride on a trusty steed.
